1. Our Products
Car Emblem Mart provides automotive emblems, badges and related products. Where stated, we may offer third-party replacement products designed to provide a one-to-one or close visual replacement for certain vehicle emblems or badges. Unless specifically stated otherwise, replacement products are not manufactured, sponsored, endorsed or supplied by the original vehicle manufacturer.
2. Vehicle Manufacturer Trademarks
Vehicle manufacturer names, logos, emblems and trademarks displayed on our website belong to their respective owners. Their use is intended to identify vehicle compatibility or the product being offered. Car Emblem Mart is an independent business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by vehicle manufacturers unless explicitly stated.
3. Product Information and Compatibility
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and compatibility information. Colours, finishes, measurements and appearance may vary slightly from photographs or screens. Customers should check compatibility and measurements before placing an order. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your vehicle, please contact us before ordering.
4. Prices and Orders
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. An order may require confirmation of availability, price, shipping costs or other details before it is accepted. Car Emblem Mart reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine issue involving product availability, pricing, product information, suspected fraud or other reasonable circumstances.
5. Payments
Customers may pay using the payment methods made available by Car Emblem Mart. Where an online payment provider is used, payment processing is handled by the relevant third-party payment provider. An order may not be dispatched until payment has been successfully confirmed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer worldwide delivery to most destinations, except where delivery is not possible due to restrictions, carrier limitations, customs requirements, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times may vary by destination, product and shipping method. International deliveries may be fulfilled from Sri Lanka, China, Thailand, or another suitable location. Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their country. Delivery times may vary because of customs, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
We accept eligible returns within 14 days after the customer receives the item. The item must be returned in good, unused and resalable condition, with original packaging and accessories where applicable. Customers should contact us before sending a return. If approved, we will provide a full refund of the item value using the applicable original payment method or another agreed payment method where necessary. Initial shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error by Car Emblem Mart or another circumstance where a refund of those charges is appropriate. 8. Items Not Delivered
If an order has not been delivered within 60 days from the date of shipment, the customer may contact us for investigation. We will check tracking information and delivery status. If the investigation confirms that the item has not been delivered, we will provide a full refund of the item value. This does not apply where tracking confirms delivery or where delivery was prevented by circumstances attributable to the customer, such as an incorrect or incomplete address.
9. Customer Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account information secure. You may sign in using Google where this feature is available.
10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with website operation or security, submit fraudulent orders or information, or copy or misuse our website content, branding or materials without permission.
11. Intellectual Property
The Car Emblem Mart name, branding, website design, original photographs, text and other original materials created by Car Emblem Mart may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Car Emblem Mart is not responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including shipping delays, customs processing, carrier disruptions, natural disasters or other unforeseen events.
